Constitution Update to By-Law 1.9

There has been an update to the VECSA Constitution. In particular section 1.9 has been to By-Law 1.

Proposed Constitution Changes

To all Volks Enthusiasts of SA Club members,
This is notification that the Committee will be convening a Special Meeting between 11am and 2pm in conjunction with the Historic Registration Day this year on the 2nd of June, 2024 at Adelaide Hills Toyota in Mt Barker. I encourage as many people as possible to come to the day and renew your membership, stamp your historic rego book, vote on the proposed changes and grab some soup. We do need 50% of the entire club membership to attend and vote on the day to make these important changes to the Constitution.
Following are the proposed changes and you will be asked to vote individually on all items with a simple yes/no.
There have been discussions around Constitutional changes, and the Committee have done a great job working through proposed changes to come up with a small but very important list of changes for the betterment of our club, and the protection of our Club Kombi.
We look forward to seeing you there.
